Feeling tightness in your shoulders and upper back? Time to try the Cross Arm Stretch!
- Extend your right arm straight across your chest towards the left side, keep your body facing forward.
- Use your left elbow crease, forearm, or hand to support right arm.
- Bring right arm close to your body until you feel a stretch.
- Hold for 20-30 seconds, then repeat on the other side.
