Father’s Day is June 17 and is a time to thank our fathers for all the lessons they’ve taught us, all the jokes they’ve told us, and all the times they were there when we needed them.

Dads teach us to tie our shoes, ride our bikes, they buy us our first set of tools. Dads show us how the world works, they teach us right from wrong, they show us how to be strong and determined, and they let us learn from our own mistakes. Dads are there for us when we fall and encourage us to get back up and try again.

Whether your dad, stepdad, grandpa, uncle, father-in-law, or father-figure, is still with you or not, take a moment to appreciate your time with them. They’ve loved us more than we could imagine.
